About 2020 Viewing

2020 Viewing has its background in the property investment market.

It was created as an offshoot of CJH Marketing Ltd a Limassol based investment management organisation which had a large number of remote clients based across all regions of the Globe. It quickly became apparent that there was a requirement to be able to clearly demonstrate to clients the details of potential investment opportunities in a way which would enable them to be able to make rational and informed decisions about the properties which were available.

To this end 360 Degree photography was chosen as the vehicle to deliver the required level of detail. This technology allowed the potential clients to remotely view the property in a level of detail which was just not possible by conventional means.

So effective was the Immersive Viewing experience that contracts were exchanged based on the client having 'visited' the property virtually.

Such was the success of the 360 Degree Technology that it was decided to make the expertise we had gained, in the use of this technology, available to other organisations.

Thus 2020 Viewing was formed.
